The building has all the amenities required for ultra-luxurious living. First of all, it is located along Billionaire’s Row in Midtown Manhattan which is one of the most prime locations available in New York City. Secondly, the tower has residences that are clad with ultra-luxurious spaces with comfort, convenience, and entertainment. The skyscraper also has a seven-storied 285000 square foot department that features a beautiful glazed façade that allows natural lighting to come in from all directions. Even though there are buildings that are far taller than this tower, it is said to be the tallest apartment building in the world as the building is solely developed for residential uses.

The tower is designed to be set back from the street edge so that it can access the maximum views of New York’s Central Park. The apartment building has 179 residential units, along with 50000 square feet of space that will deal with luxury services and amenities. There is also a 15000 square feet terrace, a gym, indoor and outdoor pool areas, and a playground located on the 100th floor of the building. The entire tower is clad with glass which was intended by the designers for the building to fit perfectly into New York’s skyline.

The tallest apartment building in the world is also one of the most expensive condo projects ever. The 179 apartments located inside the building start at a whopping $7 million for a 2BHK apartment and may as well go up to nine figures for the penthouses. The building’s prices rest on the breathtaking views and feeling of the vistas, as we all know, apartments in New York provide views of only brick walls, garbage-filled streets, and other people’s backyard. The Central Park tower offers sunrises, sunsets, oceans, bridges, mountains, and views of the streets where only the richest of the rich people can set foot in. Floor to ceiling windows offers breathtaking panoramic views of Central Park. The views from this building stretch from the Atlantic Ocean to the Appalachian Mountains. Hence, this tower is not just a building, it’s a statement for the ultra-rich living in Billionaire’s Row.
